Every material issue and return is recorded digitally for each worker. Based on your bill of materials, we always know where each material is.
Material goes to the home workers in original cartons with exact quantities or counted out on the scale – and comes back just as controlled.
Finished goods are inspected in our warehouse using sampling to DIN ISO 2859-1 (AQL), and the result is recorded digitally. You can receive the inspection report on request.
We know who made which parts. If an inspection reveals a defect, we can fix it directly with the right worker.
